Return Policy:
The change of products is accepted within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt. The first return can be made free of charge. Any additional return beyond the first one is borne by the customer.

For orders of products with a total value of more than 15 €, the cost of the first change is free. For product orders with a total value of up to 15 €, the change cost is 5 €.

Prerequisites for product return are:
To be in excellent condition, not to be worn, not to have removed its labels, labels and packaging (if any) and to be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Defective products:
All parcels are checked before shipment. However, in case you find a problem, you should send an email to info@woodenworld.gr within 24 hours from the time of delivery, expressing your reservations and attaching photos that prove the defect. In order for a product to be accepted as defective, the wear must not be from misuse of the product.
In case it is found that the wear of the product is due to misuse of the customer, then the same product is returned to the customer with shipping costs borne by the customer.
Changes are made hand in hand. Please note that in order to receive the new product you must deliver the parcel you have to return to the General Post office representative.
The changes are made by filling in the online change form, which you will find here. Make a note of the code you change with the code you want, and fill in the other features (color, size).

Return options:
Change with the same code to another color and / or size.
Change password with another password.
Credit amount for another purchase within 2 months.
